That's the whole system. There's no ticket queue and no bot — messages go to someone who works on the app. Expect a reply within a few days.
What to send where
- Early access — you don't need to email. Join the list and you'll get an invite in a batch.
- Something's broken — tell us what you were doing, what happened, and which device. Screenshots help more than descriptions.
- Schools and institutions — see the schools page first, then email with your class size and what you're teaching from.
- Privacy requests — ask for a copy of your data or its deletion and we'll action it. See the privacy policy for what we hold.
- Press — we don't have a kit yet. Ask and we'll put logos and screenshots together.
Getting off the list
Reply to any email we send, or write to the address above, and your record goes. You don't need to give a reason and we won't ask for one.
